About Christine
I spent time at Limeburn Hill, a biodynamic vineyard in the UK, during harvest and it changed everything. Watching what it actually takes to build a good wine sustainably, the dedication, the care for the land, the patience — I understood something I couldn't have learned from a textbook, that the best wines aren't just made. They're grown, tended, and earned.
I'm Christine. I spent years working in tech in Singapore and London — but this is what I was always moving towards. Curating experiences that honour nature, craft, and quality. Without pretension. Without borrowed opinions.
My passion sits at the intersection of fine wine and sustainable practice — from the classic quintas that have shaped Portuguese wine for centuries, to the natural winemakers working the way our ancestors did, reconnecting us to the land and to heritage.
